Where are you physically located?

How do I book online?

Booking online is simple - Click this link here and follow the steps in order of the services or treatments you're after. If you're unsure about the treatments required, leave a note in your booking as to what you're after and we'll contact you and/or adjust your appointment appropriately. In some cases, there will be appointments available even if they aren't showing online so give us a call - just in case!

Deposit is then taken for securing your booking.

Is my hair long, medium or short?

  • Short hair is anything from your ears above
  • Medium length is just touching shoulders
  • Long is any length past shoulders to around your bra band
  • Extra Long or thick hair has an additonal charge

Can I get drastic results in one appointment?

Yes, most of the time it's absolutely possible! Whilst we aim to give you your best possible outcome, in some cases you may need more than one appointment to achieve a certain result.

Is my Customer Account online the same as in-store?

If you have a customer account with us that you created online, this account is used for online purchases only.

Your salon account is used for in-salon services and purchases.

Is the deposit refundable/ cancellation policy?

We understand that sometimes you need to change your schedule.

If you’re unable to come to your appointment we ask that you reschedule or cancel no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. If you cancel no later than 24 hours prior, we’ll refund your deposit. If you reschedule, the deposit will be put against your next appointment.
Unfortunately, if you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, we’re unable to refund your deposit.

At this stage Cutting Edge only ship locally throughout New Zealand.

Do you have a Loyalty programme?

Yes! Points for services and products purchased in-store only.

Points are dollar-value discounted off your retail purchases.

A 20% off products voucher is also gifted for your birthday.
